1. Introduction
Welcome to Monster Clearance Wholesale. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our wholesale services.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Monster Clearance Wholesale.
- "Customer" refers to the entity or individual purchasing goods from the Company.
- "Goods" refers to the products offered for sale by the Company.
- "Order" refers to a request by the Customer to purchase Goods from the Company.
3. Orders
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.
- Minimum Order Quantity: Minimum order value is £1000 + VAT. Minimum order per line is £150 + VAT Ordered in case quantities only. Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are in Pound Sterling GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
- Payment Terms: Payment is pro forma, accepted payment methods include bank transfer, stock is only reserved once payment has been made.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: The Company offers various shipping methods.
All orders under £2500 + VAT will have a £40 + VAT delivery charge. - Free delivery for orders over £2500 + VAT
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Claims for shortages or breakages will not be allowed unless carriers and Monster Clearance Wholesale are advised in writing within 48 Hours of receipt of goods.
- Upon delivery the Buyer will inspect the package/packaging. Where the package/packaging is/or appears to be damaged in any way then the Buyer must bring this to the attention of the courier. Where items are signed for on delivery the Buyer must mark “package damaged” when signing for the item.
- Immediately upon receipt the Buyer will properly inspect the Goods and shall notify the Supplier in writing by email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
- Where a claim of defect or damage is made, after contacting the Supplier in accordance with clause 6A above, the Buyer must comply with the Returns Instructions provided by the Supplier. The Buyer is under a duty to take care of the Goods until they have been returned to the Supplier. Once the Supplier has received the returned Goods and if the Goods are defective then the Supplier will either provide a replacement or a credit note (including the proportion of delivery costs relating to the faulty item). However, any failure to follow the requirements and procedures detailed in this clause and the buyers obligations at clause following will be considered a breach by the Buyer and the Supplier will not provide a replacement or a refund.
- All Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier together with any information the Supplier stipulates in the Returns Instructions.
- Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s actions the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
- All goods to be returned must be returned using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or similar service which requires a signature upon receipt.
- Any other complaints queries must be addressed in writing by e-mail to us at [email protected] We aim to respond to any queries within 14 working days.
- If any complaint may amount to a breach of any term of these terms and conditions then you must allow us at least 30 days to remedy that breach.
- Any notices, must be in writing to our address as provided within the section headed definitions above using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be deemed to have been received on the 7th day after posting.
8. Limitation of Liability
- General Limitation: The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or labor disputes.
9. Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed in connection with any order.
- Non-Disclosure: The Customer agrees not to disclose any pricing, product details, or other confidential information to third parties.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
11. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
